Small Biz Hosting is intended for low to moderate traffic websites such as sole traders, designers, and independent professionals.
All managed WordPress hosting plans include defined monthly traffic allowances. Excess usage may be billed at a per-GB rate.
Email hosting is not included with managed WordPress hosting plans. If you require email services, we can advise on suitable third-party providers.

Billing and Terms

Managed WordPress hosting plans are billed annually in advance.
One month written notice is required to terminate a hosting account.
Any excess usage charges are calculated monthly and billed quarterly.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

What do you mean by Managed WordPress Hosting?

Our servers are housed in Sydney's largest EQUINIX data centre, which is staffed by onsite server technicians around the clock.

How efficient is your server?

Our server is operating well below its maximum capacity. We intentionally over-specified our server requirements to guarantee uninterrupted performance even during peak traffic periods. With ample headroom and resources at our disposal, our server infrastructure ensures smooth and seamless operations for your website, regardless of surges in user activity.

Which hosting platform do you use?

We leverage the power of Linux servers equipped with C-Panel, a user-friendly control panel, to provide you with robust hosting solutions. Linux, renowned for its stability and security, serves as the foundation for our server infrastructure. With C-Panel, you gain effortless site management capabilities, empowering you to handle various aspects of your website with ease. From managing email accounts to handling backups and security settings, our Linux servers with C-Panel offer a comprehensive and user-friendly hosting experience.

Who manages the servers?

We have a two tiered server management structure. Firstly we run the day to day servers, adding new customers and site maintenance. Then, we have server managers within the Sydney Data Centre for hardware maintenance and network up keep.

Do you host thousands of sites on your servers?

Absolutely not! In order to provide efficient serving of all our clients sites, we do not host thousands or even hundreds of sites on our server. Instead we offer premium hosting services capable of high speed at all hours of the day including peak periods without ever exceeding our server’s capability. In fact, our server is way over spec for the service we provide, allowing massive growth before ever needing to upgrade.

Do you host other platforms, other than WordPress?

No! Other platforms such as Magento, Joomla and Drupal are far more demanding on a server’s resources, so we do not host those platforms on our server at all. Our server is tweaked for WordPress only.

Do you backup your hosted sites?

Yes we do! We do complete server backup daily as well as multiple site backups daily, with up to 6 month retention. We also take periodical backups and store them in the cloud for disaster recovery.

Do you offer support?

Yes we do! Unlike cheaper hosting services, we are here to help when you need it. We do not use an online ticketing system as they are annoying, simply pickup the phone and call!

Can you move my site for me?

Sure can! If you can provide us with your WordPress admin access, we can move your site efficiently for a small fee of $125 + GST. You must provide us with ADMIN access to your WordPress Website.
